The protein powder and Nesquik powder keep this bake from breaking apart. It doesn't seem to need much sugar since it has fruit on top.

Makes 6 slices

1 ripe banana

1 cup porridge oats

1 tbsp rice protein powder

1 tbsp banana Nesquik

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp sunflower oil

3 tbsp milk

One-third cup frozen fruit

  1. Mash banana in a medium mixing bowl

  2. Measure dry ingredients into bowl and stir

  3. Add wet ingredients and stir

  4. Press into lined 6x8 baking dish

  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C
