Breakfast bake

The protein powder and Nesquik powder keep this bake from breaking apart. It doesn't seem to need much sugar since it has fruit on top.
Makes 6 slices
1 ripe banana
1 cup porridge oats
1 tbsp rice protein powder
1 tbsp banana Nesquik
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp milk
One-third cup frozen fruit
Mash banana in a medium mixing bowl
Measure dry ingredients into bowl and stir
Add wet ingredients and stir
Press into lined 6x8 baking dish
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C
