Relaxed meals

I don't have many photos of the main meals I cook. A lot of them don't photograph well. I also forget to take them, and when I remember to I feel a bit of a fraud because I'm not a cook and I have never cooked for a family. In an effort to make sure I don't look like I'm eating silly or unappealing meals you might think from my Instagram and this blog that I don't eat enough vegetables.
Anyway, I think it's necessary with a chronic illness, as a carer, or both, to assume that you can't cook a meal from scratch every day. This means having random meals where you need to and just being thankful you are able to look after yourself and/or another ill person. The normal meals such as spag bol, chili, lasagne, shephards pie etc. are a high bar and it's not lazy to not make them all the time.
