I like the fact that this recipe uses milk instead of butter and golden syrup. This might be too plain for some but it's really gooey, like ganache, and comes together quickly.

If you use melted butter as well as hot milk you should be able to melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water, but with just milk I found you need to use a double boiler.

Makes 6 slices

0.25 cup milk

1 x 200g bar of chocolate

One-third cup mini marshmallows

7 digestive biscuits

1. Heat milk in a saucepan on low heat

2. Break chocolate into a small/medium stainless steel bowl

3. Pour milk over chocolate, wait 10 minutes, stir

4. Lightly heat over a saucepan of hot water until chocolate has melted

5. Meanwhile break biscuits and measure out marshmallows

6. Stir biscuits and marshmallows into melted chocolate

7. Pour into a small lined dish (6x8)

8. Put in fridge for 2 hours
